A. MEDIA HOLDING STATEMENT
BDO South Africa is aware of the interdict granted by the High Court of SA Gauteng Division, Johannesburg, in relation to a commercial dispute with BDO Corporate Finance.
BDO South Africa and BDO Tax Services have instructed its legal team to file an application for leave to appeal the Court’s decision. As a result of the pending litigation process, BDO SA will not be able to comment further on the matter.
